Waikaretu New Home Build

Nestled on a stunning site in Waikaretu, this new home build was designed to meet the needs of a busy young family while maximising the natural beauty of its surroundings. The project began with the creation of a welcoming entranceway and a carefully upgraded driveway that winds through established trees, revealing a picturesque setting overlooking mature native bush.

Our team provided expert advice on the optimal positioning of the house to capture the best views and natural light. Given the sloping terrain, significant earthworks were required to create a level building platform. This included constructing stabilised batters to ensure a safe and functional foundation for the off-grid, solar-powered home.

The platform was designed with the future in mind, allowing ample space for potential additions such as sheds, landscaping, and gardens, enabling the family to grow and enjoy their property for years to come.
