We specialise in earthworks and land development services in and around the Auckland and Waikato regions. We are licensed building practitioners for concrete floors and retaining walls.

We bring to you a wealth of knowledge and the team's combined experience in both the commercial and residential building sectors. We ensure that our staff are aware of industry updates and that our up-to-date machinery is well maintained and suitable to any job.

Our dedicated team of trained, motivated and long-serving employees attend to and accomplish each earthmoving job efficiently, while remaining committed to best practices for site safety, with SHE Contractor Pre-Qualification approval.

At Site Land Development we pride ourselves on our professional, friendly and reliable team who can do anything from entrance ways, driveways, horse arenas, to the general development of your lifestyle property.

On farm we work alongside you to create wetlands and enhance the natural lie of the land to create areas of beauty.

In the residential sector we are the first in, from creating entrance ways through to constructing building platforms on which your next project can be constructed. We also work alongside other contractors to get water tanks, power, phone lines and any other services that you may need installed. We carry out the construction of retaining walls and concrete floors too.
